Nguyen Ngoc My, Board Member and Senior Management - Alphanam Group
Nguyen Ngoc My (Sylvia Nguyen) currently holds the position of Board Director and other senior executive positions for various affiliates within Alphanam Group - a conglomerate in Vietnam operating in industrial manufacturing, investment, real estate, and hospitality. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Foodinco Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
Nguyen Ngoc My is considered one of the most promising F2 business leaders in her generation. As of her roles within Alphanam Group, the group beholds cooperation terms with world-leading incorporations such as Marriott International and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
In 2017, Ngoc My was nominated as top 10 F2-generation entrepreneurs by Forbes Vietnam, and featured in Time Out Most Influential People in Tourism in Vietnam in 2018.
Ngoc My is known to play critical roles in promoting the sustainable development in private enterprise section, particularly promoting Alphanam to be a member of Vietnam Business Coalition for Women's Empowerment – VBCWE.
Besides, she also started and is managing the activities of Alphanam Green Foundation, which focuses on building a green and clean environment and fights against climate change. She also holds the position of Director of Strategy & Development at Vietseeds Foundation, and Member of the Committee of Song Foundation.
In June 2020, Ngoc My was appointed as Honorary Consulate of Iceland in Hanoi, Vietnam, connecting and promoting the cooperative relationship between the two countries.

Irene has more than 20 years of international experience in HR development, having worked with Fortune 500 corporates and governments in Europe, China, Brazil, New Zealand and Vietnam as an executive coach and consultant. Her mission is to ignite leadership and support organisations to nurture talent, through executive coaching and delivery of programs designed especially for female executives.
Since her arrival in Vietnam in 2012 Irene has become a sought-after expert in Vietnam for her work to promote women leadership. She is the co-author of a best-selling book on Vietnamese women leaders, BaTrieu’s 21st Century Daughters. Stories of Remarkable Vietnamese Women. She also curates the unique live event series, the the Women’s Storytelling Salon in Hanoi and HCMC.
Since 2014 Irene has organised almost 30 Women's Storytelling Salons in Hanoi, HCMC as well as tailored events for Flinders University's Women's Leadership Development programmes.
